Warranty Service

Please email the following to with the subject line "Warranty Request".
  1. Image(s) of the issue(s) - If the issue is related to something that cannot be captured in an image, please record a 10 - 20 second video
  2. Copy of your receipt
  3. Serial number (located on your MSO and back right side of most kayaks- scratched or stamped into the plastic)
  4. Full name
  5. Address
  6. Phone number
In the body of the email please describe each issue with as much detail as possible.
If the warranty is for a Hobie hull, Hobie will want images of how the kayak is transported and stored. Please include these to save time.
Any warrantied replacement parts will be shipped directly to the address provided.
Warrantied kayaks are shipped with dealer truckload shipments and can take some time to arrive.
Please allow adequate time for the manufacturer to make a decision.
